Carefree Lawn specializes in lawn sprinkler service, so we are almost always in need of lawn irrigation technicians or crew leaders. If you have golf course experience or property management experience we would love to talk with you. If you are interested in training into one of these positions we would love to talk to you.
In the spring we always have positions open for landscapers, or lawn maintenance technicians. No experience necessary.

Employment Requirements
- Maintain a safe, drug and alcohol-free work place.
- Self-Motivated and able to work with a team
- Follow written and oral instruction.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Be able to tolerate various weather conditions.
- Be able to lift 80lbs, transfer vertically weight up to 100lbs.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- A Driver’s license is preferred and may be necessary for hire

We offer training and experience for technical positions such as the Sprinkler Service Technicians which are some of the highest paid positions on our crews. We also have openings for crew supervisors from time to time and prefer to hire from within.
